The Classical Tour lasts 4 days, and tourists have the opportunity to visit several wine yard in Ribera de Duero and Rioja, in Burgos, the most specialized Spanish region in wine production, where they can have a taste of each different kind of wine.
The first day a guide picks you up from your hotel and drives you through two or three wineries, and a meal made by local specialties is served after visiting the second one. After a break, tourists can visit the little town of Peņaranda, with its castle of Peņafiel.
The second day begins with the visit to the Burgos Cathedral, an Unesco Heritage site, then after having an own-made lunch, tourists go to Rioja to enjoy the Medieval walled village of Laguardia, full of historic monuments and historical sites.
The third day a wine guided tour in Rioja is planned for travelers, as they can enjoy two different kind of winery, the first one situated in Haro is very traditional, and has the particularity to maintain in its wine cellar the bottles since its foundation. The other one is much more modern, as to make travelers appreciate the difference. Once there, a visit at Guggenheim Museum is highly recommended.
The fourth day travelers after having breakfast can visit another winery before driving back to Madrid.
