Barcelona is best known for its La Boqueria, an enormous public market. It is considered as Barcelona’s major tourist landmark and it houses a vast collection of goods and household items. People come here to buy fresh vegetables and fruits. The market exists in the area since 17th century. Since then it has become the famous landmark for both the farmers and the residents of Barcelona.
