The GP Catalunya is also called as Circuit de Barcelona. This is a racetrack which is situated in Montmelo, North of Barcelona. This race track is home ground to the motorcycle Catalonia Grand Prix and the Formula One Spanish Grand Prix. This all rounder circuit is considered as one of the most significant testing grounds of this sport. The length of the circuit is 4,655 kilometers and has 16 turns. The Circuit de Catalunya was built in the year 1991 and is often known as Barcelona in the racing area.
