Lleida is capital city of comarca Segria. Economy of it is primarily based on services and commerce. Lleida is a conventionally Catalan-speaking province and town, with a ‘characteristic’ dialect. ‘lo’ and ‘los’ feature as definite articles.
Conventional celebrations are inclusive of Aplec del Cargol, Fira de Sant Miquel, and Festa Major.
