Are you a Student? Or a Professor? Now you can follow the way of St. James as a University Pilgrim! (Students and Professors are welcome)
Campus Stellae implemented a credential with Alumni from the University of Navarra (Spain), in order to give a special credential to any university student who would like to walk the famous Way of St James (Camino de Santiago in Spanish language or “Xacobeo” in Galician) up to Santiago de Campostela, passing by the universities located along the historical itinerary.
The objective of University Jacobean Credential is to spread and promote the Way of St. James among university community, which compose the grand majority of the pilgrims. Actually, all travellers and people who are interested can request for this credential: they will obtain a real university credential, valid all around the word.
The pilgrimage to Santiago the Compostela will give you an unparalleled experience and knowledge, while the credential will just recognize and make your experience official! And If you are a student, the credential will give you extra academic credits!
You can read more about the Credential in this Darío Álvarez´ Blog entry: http://wp.me/p1vYT-5Th (Spanish Language)
