Pazo de Castrelos can be described as a huge wooded park comprising of a house which functions as a museum at present. A formal ‘box garden’ lies behind this house. It’s flanked by terrace wall as well as a ‘rose walk’. Boulevards of plane trees and magnolias go on to traverse romantic garden wherein a ‘tulip tree’ can be grown.
