Another unique tourist destination in Madrid is Barrio de Salamanca. It is the elite residential area where the upper class of the city resides. The site bears private art galleries and is well-equipped with hotels. Besides this, the location is also famous for haute couture stores and outlets. This area is named after its developer, Marquis of Salamanca.
