Mestalla is a football stadium which is situated in Valencia in Spain. This stadium has a capacity of 55,000 seats and ranks as the fifth largest stadium in Spain. Mestalla is also the home ground of Valencia C.F team and is known popularly for its vertical terracing steps. The stadium was built in 1923 and was also used as a concentration camp along with a junk warehouse. The huge stadium final dimension size is 105 x 70 meters and its architect is Francisco Almenar Quinza. The stadium is closed at present for renovation and will open by 2010.
