This zoological garden was founded in 1874 and is ranked as one of the best zoos in the world. It is spread across twenty six acres of land and includes six hundred species of animals with four thousand specimens in total. There are several birds, reptiles, elephants and sea lions in the garden. There are educational and entertainment programs held here from time to time by various institutes.
