The World Economic Forum is a nonprofit independent international organization which was incorporated as a forum in 1971. The mission of the forum is to improve the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships in order to shape global, industrial and regional agendas. Moreover, it is entirely under the supervision of the Swiss Federal Government. This is popularly known for its annual meetings in Davos where top business leaders, selected intellectuals, and such people come together and discuss issues that are facing the world like environment and health.
