Verbier, a village in the canton of Valais, is located amidst the Swiss Alps of Switzerland. Located in the Val de Bagnes, it is one of the primary tourist destinations of Switzerland. With a population of around 2,500 inhabitants, Verbier is an ideal location for all.
The city of Verbier has a dry climate, characterised by very little rainfall, less fog and a lot of sunshine. The city receives adequate amounts of snowfall, and the fresh Verbier air is believed to be of great therapeutic value.
Verbier remained unknown till the early 1900s. It was after World War II that Verbier attained its popularity and became a popular tourist destination.
