The Glacier Express is an express train that connects two magnificent mountain resorts of Zermatt and St. Moritz in the Swiss Alps. The train uses different railroad lines, which belong to the two cooperating companies of RhB and Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. Through the Glacier Express tour, a tourist can travel on the popular Swiss mountain railways from St. Moritz to Zermatt and vice versa. This is a 7 ½ hour railway journey tour which is across 291 bridges, traveling through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp pass at 2,033 meters in altitude.
