The Istanbul Modern Art Museum is a contemporary art museum located in Istanbul. This first of its kind museum of the country is situated in Tophane district on the Bosphorus. It is conveniently accessible by tram. The permanent exhibition of the museum is placed on the top floor whereas the temporary exhibitions are positioned on the lower floor. The museum is also features a restaurant and a library.
