Marmaris, unquestionably a wonderful place to live in, attracts thousands of tourists any period of the year so naturally beautiful it is, so favourable its weather conditions are!
Deserve a visit the city centre, the shops and the multicoloured bazars and boutiques, its scattered terraces in the boulevard, the market place and not to be missed is a day boat excursion to one of its dreaming, romantic bays!
The architecture here is very nice with Aegean character and really narrow streets. There are a few home style restaurants with great views of the Marmaris bay.
Downtow are narrow, winding streets and houses in nice style.
At night, music is played up to over 3 a.m., in the clubs, cafès & pubs standing in that area of the bay called Bar Street.
Not far away is Icmeler with nice sandy beaches, a wonderful panorama, clear and blue sky, ideal setting where nearly any sort of water sports can be practiced, though!
