St Dionysius Church
This church is dedicated to Saint Dionysius. It is a part of the Church of England parish church. The church building is of a referred spiral construction. The construction is dated back to the 14th century.
The Old Grammar school
This is one of the most prominent features of the town; it’s a remarkable grammar school. It is placed exactly in the centre of the town, on wooden stilts. It had been purposely constructed in such a manner to be protected from the daily flood risk, of the River Welland. In the early days, the area under the school was utilized for setting up the butter market. The school has been moved and is currently existent under the name Robert Smyth School, which is run for 14-18 year olds.
Harborough Museum
This museum shares the building with the library and the council office. It was opened in the year 1983; in its exhibits it has objects of local interest. The museum is open to public throughout the year, except the national holidays and the admission is free. It is placed in the part which was first Symington’s Corset Factory.
