In the year 1941, i.e. amidst the World War II, the 1st secret ‘radar museum’ got installed at Royal Air Force; adjoining Horning (Norfolk). In the month of October, in the year 1994, original ‘operations’ building; that used to house old equipment got converted in to Air Defence Radar Museum. One can explore a lot over here. The thing which cannot be missed out is the atmospheric ‘Cold War’ operations room that had housed around 70 operational personnel during 70s. ‘Fighters Allocation Seat’ can also be experimented with.
