Dunham Massey Hall
There is the 18th century Dunham Massey Hall on the outskirts of the town. This hall is 250 acres of deer park which is owned by the National Trust. The hall was created in early Georgian style with stables and carriage houses. There is also the historic market which was set up over 800 years when Altrincham was first established.
Stamford Park
Stamford Park is yet another attraction park which is spread over 16 acres of land. It was opened to the public in 1880 as a sports park for cricket and football. The park was listed as Grade II on the Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest in England. The park even won a bronze award from the Greenspace award scheme. There are intention and plans to build 7000 pounds of skate park and a number of activities for youths in the park. Further, there will also be installation of CCTVs for monitoring the park activities.
Royd house
One can visit the Royd house which was built in the year 1914 to 1916. This house is known as the most advanced examples of early 20th century domestic architecture and is referenced in the architectural digests.
