Ashby de la Zouch is a very small market town located in the North West of Leicestershire, England within the premises of the National Forest. Other villages near this town include Packington, Oakthorpe, Measham, Moira and Coleorton. United Biscuits is one of the largest economies providing industry that provides employment to about 2200 workers. There are many recreation centers here for the refreshment of visitors. From the education point of view the town is quite ahead of many towns in Leicestershire. Roads and railways are the two modes of transportation in the town. According to the 2001 census the town recorded a population of 12,758 which indicates that it is a densely populated region in UK, England. The total area of the village is about 13.4 square kilometers. The town experiences humid summers, cool winters and also rainfalls in three months of the year. It has become a place for major tourist attraction because of the favorable climate.
