The Manchester International Airport is situated within the boundary of the city of Manchester in England and was previously known as RAF Ringway Airport.
The airport has won a number of awards such as UK best Airport 2008 and the World’s Best Airport award in 1995.
It is the 4th busiest airports in UK and handles around twenty two million passengers on a yearly basis.
There are 85 airlines providing regular flights to 226 destinations all across the world such as Delta Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, British Airways, XL Airways, Virgin Atlantic and many more.
Being in close proximity from the center of the city, the airport can easily be reached via road and there are Taxi stands at the arrival points of all 3 terminals.
There are several public viewing places at the airport such as the Aviation Viewing Park which can spot aircrafts at any of the major UK airports.
