St Martin’s Church is considered as the oldest Church in England and is still used for worship. The church is sometimes called as the first church of the Anglican Communion because it is believed that St Augustine had set up his mission when he had arrived at this church for English conversion from Rome in 597 AD. This Church is also a part of the Canterbury World Heritage Site.
