The Museum of Canterbury (Formerly Heritage Museum) is a 21st century interactive museum and the theme of this museum is the city itself with its turbulent story. Previously, this museum was housed in the medieval Poor Priest’s Hospital. At present it extends to 2 adjoining buildings and has an increased range of exhibits right from pre-Roman times to the present era.
