Sedlescombe is a village which is located in the Rother District in East Sussex, England. The village is situated at a distance of about 11km to the north of Hastings. This village is surrounded by many other small villages over here. The area surrounding the village is very much rich in Roman remains. The only school in the village is The Sedlescombe Primary School. According to the United Kingdom census recorded in 2007 the village recorded a population of about 1330 which shows that the village is scarcely populated region. The total area of the village is about 12.6 square kilometers. The major portion of the land over here is suitable for agriculture thus being the major economy for the people here. The climate here is typically of the continental temperate type thus it experiences a warm climate in most part of the year. However the winters are cooler and more attractive for visitors.
