The Roman Bath Museum is a thermal spa with Greek and Roman classical architectural structures. The Roman Bath Museum and the temple of Sulis Minerva were built in 75 BC.
There are 3 hot springs here which contain 43 varieties of minerals with medicinal properties. The museum displays a number of artifacts found at the sacred springs, temples and baths of the region.
The attractions here are the balustrades, the statues, the Gorgon’s head on the temple pediment, the gilded bronze figure of Minerva, the mosaics and the alter stones.
