Stourbridge can be referred to as a city located in Metropolitan Borough of Dudley, within West Midlands, England. From the historical point of view, it is a portion of Worcestershire.
Stourbridge has been known as a prime center for ‘glassmaking’. At present, it is inclusive of suburbs like Lye, Amblecote, Oldswinford, Norton, Wollescote, and Wollaston.
Most of population consists of commuters towards Black Country and Birmingham. This place has been inclusive of Stourbridge constituency, right now being held by Lynda Waltho (Labor Party).
The ‘apse’ and ‘north chancel’ screen present at St. Thomas Church had been added by ‘W.H. William Bidlake’. This town comprises of ‘suburban streets’; which have been broken by greenish spaces.
This way, it seems to be nearer to Shropshire in comparison with Birmingham. The climate is quite pleasant. However, winters are scorch. So, period between November and January would prove to be the best one to pay a visit.
