Leeds Festival is an annual musical festival which started in 1999 and is held in the month of August on a weekend which has a bank holiday, thus lasting for three continuous days. The festival is run by the Festival Republic and has a number of popular bands from all across the world performing at this venue. There are around seventy thousand people in the audience camping in the fields for this festival.
