UK Wales : Food and Drink

Welsh cuisine has a deep connection with the English cuisine. Wales is best known for its traditional lamb dishes like Cawl, which is a Welsh stew with lambs and leeks.

Traditional baked products such as Bara Brith (fruit loaf) or Welshcakes (griddle scones) are very tasty and generally served with tea. Having a 750-mile long coastline, the seafood available is fresh and delectable. Welsh are famous for their local brew of wine and ale.
