Llandarcy is actually a small village which is located near a place called Neath in the Southwest region of Wales. As the village is the home of a big petroleum oil refinery, most of the population in this region is dependent on it. The refinery increases the importance of the village as it provides it with important fuels like petrol and diesel which is used by the ever increasing number of motorcars in the whole of Wales. As the village is located in the Southwest region of Wales the weather is very comfortable in summers as well as winters. Climate is usually humid as the region lies very close to the sea area. Rain in the form of minor showers is also very frequent in this region. But sometimes high showers are also introduced regularly. The temperature in this region ranges from 2 to 16 degrees with an average of 12 degrees. As per the census recorded in year 2001, the population residing in this village is very much high around 33000 people.
