Llanelli can be described as the biggest town located within Carmarthenshire county, south-west Wales, UK.
Llanelli happens to sit on ‘Loughor estuary’ on the coast of ‘West Wales’, at an approximate distance of 16 Km on the western and north-western side of Swansea. Furthermore, it lies at a distance of 19 Km on the south-eastern side of Carmarthen, county town. Llanelli holds the pride of being one of the main centers of ‘Rugby’. Moreover, it’s also known for production of ‘tinplate’. In mid twentieth century, this place was the biggest for more than 50% of population speaking ‘Celtic Language’.
Llanelli has radio station of its own- Scarlet FM. The newspaper published from Llanelli is ‘Lianelli Star’. A matter of fact is that Llanelli houses ‘Tinopolis’; i.e. one of the biggest ‘independent media producers’ of the UK. This city had been the epicenter of television show ‘Most Haunted Live’ in the month of June, in the year 2006 with regards to a 3-night investigation with David Wells and Yvette Fielding.
