Pembrey Country Park
Pembrey Country Park can be described as a big country park adjoining ‘Pembrey’ village located on southern coast of ‘Carmarthenshire, West Wales, UK’. Its total area is of 5.2 sq. Km; out of which 2.02 sq. Km has been kept open for public to wander. Owing to coastal setting, there have been a number of ‘sandy beaches on the southern side with scenes of northern side of Gower peninsula. Park’s inland areas go on to have contained loads of ‘visitor attractions’.
An astonishing fact is that Pembreay County Park went on to have served as an airport and a railway at the time of Second World War. Moreover, pill boxes and bunkers still remain on view today.
Timings
Pembrey Country Park remains open every single day between dawn and dusk.
