Wrexham: Attractions and more...
Belle Vue Park

At the time of 1970s, Belle Vue park had been completely ignored. Furthermore, majority of amenities had been in a sorry state of affairs. A main project had been undertaken for refurbishing this park back towards the original splendor in its count. As such, the reopening of Belle Vue park took place in the year 2000. Since then, it can boast of ‘children’s play regions’, a ‘bowling green’ that’s home to Parciau Bowling Club, basketball and tennis courts, etc. Jogging route has also been developed for joggers and walkers. During the summers, many social events get held.

Acton Park

Acton Park goes on to feature tennis courts, a ‘bowling green’, ‘Japanese-style garden’, a ‘children’s play area’, and a huge lake that has attracted wild-life of diverse nature. Park’s general layout has not changed since its laying out in eighteenth century. Several mature trees are found over here now.
