Prior Park Landscape Gardens is owned by the National Trust and is situated to the south of Bath. This 28 acre landscape garden was designed by Alexander Pope and created by Ralph Allen. The garden provides fine views of the city of Bath from its small and steep valleys. The Palladian bridge, Mrs. Allen’s Grotto, the Gothic temple, 3 lakes and the gravel cabinet are some of the attractions in the park.
