Stanley Park is a municipal park which is the largest in the town and covers a total area of 256 acres. The park has a circular Italian garden in the centre and a fountain surrounded by small statues and flower beds. There is a huge lake with islands and wildlife. The park has an amphitheatre, a golf course, a café, a cricket club, a sports arena, gym and a skateboard park.
