Dozmary Pool is a pool which has a number of stories associated with it.
It is believed that King Arthur who was wounded ordered his soldiers to throw his sword Excalibur into the pool and the lady of the lake caught the sword before taking it under water.
The name Dozy Mary is also believed to have been given to the lake after a local girl was murdered at this place. The Jamaica Inn Museum displays numerous smuggling artefacts and audio video recreations of the novel written by Daphne du Maurier.
The Inn is also a popular residential place where tourists can stay as well as hold events, conferences and weddings.
Colliford Lake Leisure Park is a fun place for children with indoor and outdoor adventure playgrounds, lakeside walks, an animal section and a woodland adventure area.
Gothia Falls is a nature reserve and woodland walk which has stunning waterfall cascades, steep valleys, walking trails and Oak and Ash trees surrounding the region.
