Tourist Guide Bradford
Bradford is situated in West Yorkshire in England.
In the nineteenth century the place rose as an international textile manufacturing centre.
It has a rich culture of art, drama and attractions and several events are held here including the Bradford Mela, 3 film festivals and the daily markets. The Bradford Mela is a fair in celebration of the history and culture of the place and takes place in summer each year.
One can find the best live entertainment and opera at the Alhambra Theatre or at St. Georges Hall. It rains a lot in the north and the skies can appear dull and gloomy at times.
Bradford is a humble and small place which is progressing rapidly as old buildings are now being replaced by huge shopping malls consisting of restaurants and bars.
