Reviews Eastbourne
Eastbourne is a resort city in East Sussex, England. Famous for its gleaming white beaches and beautiful Victorian architecture, Eastbourne is home to a populace of around 100,000 permanent residents. The city endorses itself as ‘The Sunshine Coast’.
Blessed with a moderate climate, Eastbourne has mild temperatures throughout the year. Summers are hot; however, winter here is not true to its name, with the weather remaining warm and pleasant. It is also dry for most of the year.
In the earlier days, Eastbourne had an insignificant populace of 4,000 people and a nonexistent economy. However, it developed rapidly after its incorporation as a city in 1883. Today, tourism amounts to the largest share in the economy followed by manufacturing and catering.
