Hazel Grove: Attractions and more...
Hazel Grove has many recreational centers like the Hazel Grove Leisure Centre. This center is held with various programs and fitness events like the Hazel Grove high school, Hazel Grove Pools and Target fitness and Torkington Park. There are provision of crown green bowling, football pitches and tennis courts too. One can also go and visit the tennis club, bowling club and such clubs which has their own facilities.
There are a long distance hikes which are organized by the 3rd Hazel Grove Scout every September. This hike is called the Bullock Smithy Long Distance Walk.
Hazel Grove is famous for its nightlife and “The Magic Mile”. On the one mile stretch of the A6 road, one comes across 11 pubs, one nightclub and 4 bars. The village is also recognized by its famous”Pub Crawl” and for Hen Parties.
