Tourists can enjoy the Ilkley Manor House Art Gallery and Museum located at the Castle Yard. This manor house is the oldest structure in Ilkley. It lies on the Olicana, a Roman Fort.
There are two galleries located inside the manor house. These are dedicated to northern arts and crafts. Visitors can see wide range of ancient artefacts in the museum.
Yorkshire’s Little Theatre is how the Likely Playhouse is described. It is located at the Weston Road in likely. The Playhouse is the place where various main stage and studio productions have taken place. The Playhouse was originally built in 1876 as the Hall of Working Men.
Nature lovers can take a stroll in Middleton Woods located on the Denton Road. This place has been given geological and ecological importance due to the variety of plants here. It was previously owned by the Middleton family.
The woods are spread across an area of 40 hectares. One can sight various animal and bird species out here. The White Wells is a building completely made in whitewashed stone.
This place is famous for its icy mineral water.
