There are a lot of shops at Belgrave Road area of Leicester. The road is most known for the stretch of real estate houses and known as the Golden Mile. The Belgrave road was named in the late 1960s and 70s. This was because a large number of yellow amber traffic lights used to appear along a long stretch of road.
