The Crystal Palace was created for housing the exhibitions of the industry of all Nations staged in Hyde Park, London by Joseph Paxton in 1851.
Situated in London, England, the museum focuses on the history of Crystal Palace. The museum depicts the story of the Hyde Park and Sydenham Crystal Palaces through its displays of photographs, original documents and ceramics. The displays are housed in the only surviving historic building which was built in 1880 by the Crystal Palace Company as a classroom for its school of practical engineering. The artifacts kept for display are worth looking at for their beautiful designs.
