London Cycling Paths

In London, England one can find numerous cycling paths and long stretches of traffic free cycling opportunities near to the banks of Thames River. Most of the cycling paths are situated on the Thames Path National Trail, a trail known as one of the 19 designated national trails in the United Kingdom. This trail runs from the Thames source in the Cotswolds to the Greenwich Thames Barrier.
Prior to participating on any of the cycling competitions or for sightseeing, a tourist must know some of the do’s and don’ts of such sport, as cycling on some of the public footpaths without prior permission is known to be trespassing that area. So, one can ride alongside most of the Thames area, which has many miles of cycle routes. Some of the cycling routes are at the Hampton Court, on the north bank, crossing over at Kingston Bridge continuing on the south bank, between Putney and Hammersmith bridges, around the Battersea Park, along the Chelsea Embankment, from Greenland Dock to Grove Street at Rotherhithe and many such routes.
