The London Zoo is known to be the oldest scientific zoos in the world that was founded over 180 years ago. Situated in the heart of London, this zoo is worth visiting as it is home to many animals. Children find this place interesting and even educational as they get to see face to face animals like lions, giraffes, camels, tigers, penguins and even monkeys. There are around 750 different species of animals here, making the zoo one of the largest collections of animals in the United Kingdom.
For any tourist, a trip to the London Zoo is the number one attractions whilst in the city. What’s more, a visit to this zoo is a perfect day out for people of all ages. Since its inception in 1828, the zoo has been educating and amazing visitors. Other than that, the zoo has a café, which one can try out to taste some of the delicious hot food prepared with ethically sourced ingredients. Spread in 36 acres of land, the zoo is situated in Regent’s Park, London.
