Islington is a borough in London and was formed in 1965 with the merger of Islington and Finsbury. This district has a range of transportation services, connecting to the suburbs as well as the city area and the West End. There are around eight tube stations which one can avail to. Few of the attractions in Islington include the Almeida Theater, Emirates Stadium, the London Canal Museum, the Union Chapel and many such sights. One worth visiting sight here is the Islington shopping center having endless number of shops.
