Oxford Street is a major thoroughfare in Westminster in London. There are over 548 shops at the street, which is known as the busiest shopping streets of Europe. Some of the well known landmarks here include the Selfridges, Oxford Circus and the Marble Arch. Each Christmas, this street is beautifully decorated with festive lights. Common sights here are preachers. Hare Krishnas and political demonstrations.
