Summer is the ideal time to visit London. London experiences temperate marine climatic conditions. Hence, the summers are milder than other parts of the country.
The warm weather and clear sky gives rise to a number of events in the city. The actual summer season begins from mid June. However since occasional rains can be experienced in summers, it makes the weather a little unpredictable.
Tourists are advised to carry raincoats and umbrellas, even though the day is blessed with bright sun shine. From July to August, the city gets crowded with visitors, because of the lovely weather.
Hence, the tourist who want to visit London in these days, must book their hotels in advance. After September, the number of tourists is generally less. The climate also starts getting colder from this month onwards.
September is the ideal month to visit London if tourists want fewer crowds and can bear the cold.
