Bell Foundry Museum
The museum narrates the history of the Bell foundry, starting from its links to bell founding, in 13th century. The displays are spread on two floors, out of which one room includes a room which is filled with bells by variety of founders and from diverse ages. For this display they have kept a wooden mallet, which helps in sounding the bells, so the visitors can get a chance for choosing the best from all of them. The variety of memorabilia and the displays narrate a story of the earliest manufacturing industry of the world.
Beacon Hill Country Park
The second highest centre in the county of Leicestershire is Beacon Hill. The park is spread over a land of more than 100 hectares. On this is spread the woodland and a large number of trees of Britain. It is a habitat to Alpacas and the Manx Loghton sheep. For the visitors to relax, and for enjoying the scenic views. The seats are scattered in the park, few of them are made from Silver Birch trunks. They are also an over wintering habitat for insects and little mammals.
Ulverscroft Nature Reserve
The reserve is placed 0.5 km to the eastern side of Copt Oak. It is a part of the forest of Charnwood, it is beautiful in spring, and during the blue bell season especially.
