The Luton Museum and Art Gallery is housed in a huge Victorian mansion in Wardown Park and is situated on the outskirts of the town center. This museum has amazing collection that focuses on the traditional crafts of Bedfordshire. These collections are particularly hat making and lace making. There are also some spectacular samples of local lace from the early 17th century period.
