Dinosaurland is a museum which has a huge collection of fossils of dinosaurs such as the ichthyosaur and the plesiosaur which takes one back in time to the era of geological transformation.

The Marine Aquarium, which is on the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis, is a place where one can study the marine wildlife which is varied and well maintained.
For the sports enthusiast there are water sport activities to indulge in such as fishing, diving, boating and more as well as other outdoor activities like golfing, tennis, football, cricket, horse riding.
