The Manchester airport connects people to Europe, Asia, Caribbean, North America, Africa and many other places. The airport serves over twenty million people every year. This airport is the largest in the United Kingdom after the London airport. The two bus services that operate locally in Manchester are the First Manchester and the Stagecoach Manchester. Manchester Piccadilly is the busiest railway station in England. The local operators of Manchester are the Northern Railway and the Virgin Railways. The first ever railways in the world were the Liverpool and Manchester railways. There is a Metro service available, and it is called the Manchester Metrolink. As far as the sea transport is concerned, they do have a port but the vessels are hardly seen there, usually the canal is used by the rich class of people for luxury.
