The famous place in Milton Keynes where tourists largely prefer to visit is the Peace Pagoda. It is a sacred place that preserves the hallowed relics of the Buddha. People come here to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Peace Pagoda was built by the nuns and monks of Nipponzan Myohoji in 1980. Very soon the pagoda got famous across UK, for being the first to be constructed in the western world.
