The Battle museum was discovered and totally developed by King William after his glorious victory in the Battle of Hastings. It is an independent museum that is run by volunteers and signifies the rich history of the battle of Hastings. There are many displays here which include the battle axe head, the Charles Stothard engravings, arts from the Roman Bath house, etc. Thus it is a very important museum to visit from historic point of view.
